Shipping your samples
General Shipping details
Direct Shipping to Cyprus:
- Log in to your Terraolivo producers account here.
- Click the Shipping tab in your dashboard and fill out the shipping form.
- Shipping Method: Door-to-door delivery (DDP – DELIVERY DUTY PAID all costs covered by the shipper).
- Packaging: Please use the minimum number of boxes/packages possible (preferably 1).
- Bottles per Sample: Include 2 bottles of 500ml OR 4 bottles of 250ml per sample.
- Customs & Shipment Release Fees:
Upon arrival, a customs clearance and shipment release fee must be paid by bank transfer or Paypal to cover all necessary costs, provided that the shipment is made according to the instructions given:- €110 for EU-based shippers (for up to 2 samples shipping) + 8€ per each additional sample
- €135 for non-EU shippers (for up to 2 sample shipping) + 10€ per each additional sample.

- Print and enclose a copy of the completed invoice both inside and outside the package.
2. Consolidated Shipment from Greece and Spain. Recommended if you ship from Greece or Spain!
For producers based in Greece, Spain, and Brazil (coming soon), we offer a consolidated shipping option. This method only requires you to send your samples to a designated location within your country, after which we will manage the transportation to Cyprus.
Responsibility: Producers are responsible for the initial shipment to the designated location in their respective country. A fixed cost will be applied based on the quantity of samples, covering the rest of the shipping process to Cyprus.
Fixed Costs:
Greece – 60 Euros per producer + 10 Euros per additional sample (from the second one – the first one is included in the fixed fee).
Spain – 70 Euros per producer up to 2 samples + 10 Euros per additional sample.
Payment should be made in advance to Terraolivo – payment confirmation for registration as well as for the shipping cost should be sent up to 10/5/24 at the latest to ensure your samples can be sent with this consolidated service.

Packing instructions-
- Pack the samples securely to prevent brokerage (2-3 bottles or containers of at least 500ml / 5-6 bottles or containers of 250ml).
- Add the Invoice invoice you filled and uploaded before – inside and outside of the package.
- Make sure all shipment costs are covered (intercom DDP).
- After shipping the samples please upload the AWB and tracking number to the Upload files form in your Terraolivo account and email the details to [email protected] and [email protected].
Submission Deadlines for Designated Locations: Please ensure your samples are received at the designated locations in Spain, Greece, and Brazil by May 23rd, 2024. These deadlines are essential for the consolidation process and ensure your samples reach Cyprus in time for the competition.

- Pack the samples securely to prevent brokerage (2-3 bottles or containers of at least 500ml / 5-6 bottles or containers of 250ml) and the chemical analysis.
- Add the invoice inside and outside of the package (The invoice from the shipping form).
- Ship the samples by the instructions sent by email after submitting the shipping form.
- Make sure all shipment costs are covered (intercom DDP, Terraolivo is not responsible for any costs or shipping issues that might happen).
- After shipping the samples please upload the AWB, and tracking number to the Upload files form in your Terraolivo account or send by email to [email protected] with the registration number.
