Emmanouil Karpadakis

Born on the island of Crete in Greece, for the last 20 years, he is working in the olive oil sector as a professional in quality olive oil extraction, innovation, and tasting.

Trained by IOC instructors, Emmanouil is a panel member in a certified sensory evaluation laboratory, and in addition, he is judging in International Olive Oil Competitions. Being a certified adult’s instructor and due to his extended knowledge of olive oil-related subjects, he develops and presents In training courses. In parallel for the last ten years, he is a VP of the Cretan Exporters Association.
