Chryssa Giatra

Chryssa studied Oenology and Spirits Technology, then Sommellerie, and also holds an MSc degree in International Wine Management of O.I.V. Paris. She is part of a certified olive oil tasters team, she is on an international jury and she wants to educate everybody on olive oil. She has been working in the wine business as a sommelier, as a marketing and exports manager for wineries, and for the last 12 years also works an educator in wine and olive oil. She has an important experience with hotels and restaurants and since 2014 she runs her own consulting business www.aestheses.com Food & Wine Perception & According to Tripadvisor she has visited the 16% of the world (33 countries) and speaks 3.5 languages.
